Prior to beginning her career as a paralegal, Dory worked for many years as a compliance auditor for one of the largest medical debt collection companies in the country. It is there where she honed her skills for attention to details and document drafting abilities. In that line of work, Dory had to be familiar with many federal laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Regulation F). Her knowledge and expertise in the legal field, albeit debt collection, has made her an invaluable member of the team. She brought those skills to The Crites Firm, first as its billing compliance auditor, and then as its full time paralegal. Dory's professional experience is as varied as her eyeglass collection, ranging from working in mental health services, medical debt collection, administrative assistance, healthcare marketplace navigator, and customer service. One thing has remained the same through Dory's many roles throughout her varied career: Dory has always maintained the highest standards, both personal and professional, when dealing with colleagues and clients alike.
When not working, Dory likes to spend her time crocheting or reading about the Kennedys, a hobby that her friends have come to find charming.
